Shipping Information

As a Certified B Corporation, at Adopt & Embrace we want to ensure we do not generate additional waste.  Therefore we use print on demand facilities to fulfill all orders. 

These facilities are located in:

• Australia;
• United States;
• United Kingdom

... which enables us to keep shipping prices, and the environmental impact of shipping your order to a minimum.

Depending on demand, your order may take up to five business days to print before shipping from your closest print on demand facility.  Unfortunately we have no control over the standard printing time - apologies in advance if increased demand means your order is delayed. 

Whilst domestic shipping in Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom should generally take less than 5 business days, shipping may take up to 15 days depending on how regional or remote your address is.

If you have a rush order, please contact engage@adoptandembrace.com and talk to one of our team.  Alternatively you may be able to place your order via other retail channels, like Amazon.com or Book Depository.

Note that rush orders will incur an additional fee, which is charged by our suppliers.

Shipping on orders over AUD $200 is free.  Flat rate shipping options are available for orders between the equivalent of AUD $0 & AUD $100, and AUD $100 & AUD $200.  Shipping will be calculated on check out based on your shipping address.

Please note:  Adopt & Embrace Pty Ltd is not responsible for any country's import or customs tax fees.  It is your responsibility to know what your international purchase limit is, and pay any fees, taxes or duties payable to release your shipment
